Embedded Engineer

Job Description

Intrepid Control Systems, a global supplier of test and design tools, seeks an Embedded Systems Engineer. The qualified candidate must have at least a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, including experience in C, embedded C compilers and embedded microprocessors (PIC18, dsPIC, MPC55xx).

Duties include: Development of real time embedded firmware for FlexRay, CAN, and LIN networks; embedded device driver development for various automotive diagnostics embedded products; interfacing sensors and modules with embedded devices, embedded firmware design for bootloaders on automotive MCU architectures; and development of diagnostic firmware for network hosts and clients.

C/C++ Software Engineer

Intrepid Control Systems, a global supplier of test and design tools, seeks one or more C/C++ engineers. These engineers will work on both test products and OEM ECUs. Ideal candidates will be able to learn and adapt to many different projects. All levels of experience will be considered.

Typical Projects

• Development of software for testing embedded systems.
• Working on application software for Vehicle Network analysis, diagnostics and calibrations.
• Developing Windows GUI applications for products and customers.
