This allows you trade in your NeoVI GREEN for the new NeoVI FIRE.

***NOTE: If your Vehicle Spy license has expired, you MUST ALSO purchase the Vehicle Spy Maintenance Upgrade. The neoVI-FIRE requires Vehicle Spy version v413 or better.

Also be aware that changes to your VS3 files may be required since you'll be migrating from v2xx to v413.
